Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Contact Center Application
Engineer to lead the deployment of AI applications in a contact
center environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the deployment of AI applications and models in the contact
center environment
Collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless integration of AI
models and enhance customer experience
Provide technical guidance and support throughout the AI deployment
process
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in working with AI in contact centers
Familiarity with Nice Enlighten is highly desirable
Understanding of contact center operations and environment
Experience with AI frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and
Google/AWS AI services
Proficiency in programming languages including Python, Java, and
SQL
