Job Description:
A company is looking for a Staff QA Engineer to lead the design
and implementation of testing strategies for software products.
Key Responsibilities:
Spearhead the development and refinement of the QA strategy,
including test planning and execution
Architect and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks to
enhance test coverage and efficiency
Conduct manual testing and implement performance and stress testing
for software quality assurance
Qualifications:
7-10+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with at
least 3 years in a senior or lead role
Proficiency in test automation tools and scripting languages
Deep understanding of software development life cycle and quality
assurance methodologies
Experience with CI/CD pipelines
