Job Description:
A company is looking for an FCRA Credit Reporting Business
Process Manager I.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct root cause analysis for discrepancies and collaborate with
stakeholders to remediate issues
Lead a team and manage multiple processes while identifying
opportunities for process improvements
Utilize SQL and Alteryx for reporting and maintain tracking of
discrepancies and remediation efforts
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
5+ years of bank operations experience
Strong PC skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Suite
Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or AOM methodologies
Familiarity with FCRA regulations and credit bureau reporting
