Job Description:
A company is looking for a Patient & Site Engagement Operations
Specialist to manage and execute patient and site-facing
initiatives for clinical trials.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate study protocols to identify challenges and develop
recruitment/retention solutions
Collaborate with project teams and vendors to create and implement
recruitment/retention strategies
Manage all aspects of recruitment/retention project management,
including training sessions and vendor coordination
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in project management, business, or a related
field preferred
5+ years of experience in patient recruitment/retention strategy or
project management
Proven track record of managing projects within scope, time, and
budget constraints
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
