Job Description:
A company is looking for a Contracts Specialist to manage
various aspects of commercial contracts within the Legal
Department.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with the sales contracting process, including drafting,
review, negotiation, and management
Serve as a primary contact for business stakeholders regarding
contract negotiations and communications
Maintain and update a library of standard documents and assist with
contract databases and departmental needs
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree and/or relevant legal education
5-10 years of contracts-related legal experience, preferably with
SaaS and technology contracts
Experience with Salesforce.com or other contract management
systems
Familiarity with healthcare data and contract drafting in a
healthcare setting is preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and experience with
e-signature platforms like DocuSign
