Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Digital Curriculum Developer
to design and enhance digital learning experiences for large-scale
projects.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with leaders to streamline processes and implement new
learning technologies
Lead the design and development of complex digital projects while
guiding content developers
Evaluate learning effectiveness through performance analysis and
provide actionable insights
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design or related field, or
equivalent experience
7+ years of experience in designing online curriculums in adult
learning settings
Strong multimedia development experience preferred
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for enhancing digital
learning experiences
Experience with Articulate 360 and Adobe Creative Suite tools
