Job Description:
A company is looking for a Co-Manufacturing Manager to oversee
relationships with co-manufacturers producing pet food
products.
Key Responsibilities
Manage relationships with co-manufacturers and oversee production
processes for quality and compliance
Analyze cost structures and support financial oversight of
production and product optimization
Develop production schedules and collaborate with teams to ensure
on-time delivery and resolve operational challenges
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing or managing
co-manufacturing relationships, preferably with perishable
products
Strong understanding of product costing and financial
management
Experience managing complex production schedules
Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word,
PowerPoint)
Ability to build and maintain trust in working relationships with
stakeholders
