Job Description:
A company is looking for a General Manager DSP.
Key Responsibilities:
Scale the company from $5M to $50M in revenue while establishing a
culture of accountability
Develop and execute financial plans, budgets, and forecasts to meet
revenue and profit targets
Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of
collaboration and continuous improvement
Qualifications:
At least 5 years of leadership experience in digital advertising
operations, focusing on User Acquisition
Expertise in managing teams and driving operational efficiency
Strong understanding of programmatic advertising, real-time
bidding, and DSP platforms
Analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights
from data
Technical background is preferred
